5 Day Returns Policy.
We are team of passionate Pet enthusiasts who feel that every Pet out there should only have the best. So we conduct various quality checks before dispatch your order so that you don’t end up receiving and unsatisfactory item. But we do consider the fact that there might be a few incidences where our staff might overlook a defect and send you the wrong piece. We regret the inconvenience caused to you in such a case and request you to please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of your executive will surely arrange a replacement or a return and refund with you.
We also request you please return the item in a unused and an undamaged condition. If the product is found to be used after the return, there will be no replacement issued to the product.
In general, an item may be eligible for return within the applicable return window if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:
- Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
- Has missing parts or accessories
- Is different from what was ordered
- All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you.
- Some items may not be eligible for return if you “no longer need it”. If such an item delivered to you is not as described, or was physically damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us within the applicable return window for a replacement.
